Start with food you look forward to.
A useful meal plan starts with your schedule and your preferences. Choose a few foods you enjoy and think about where they fit: a quick lunch, a prepared dinner, or a meal you share. Protein-first browsing gives you a clear starting point without turning the whole week into a diet label.
Make variety visible.
MyPlate describes a protein-food group that includes meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seeds and soy products. Different choices bring different nutrients. Variety can mean changing the protein, vegetables, side or flavour rather than finding a completely different meal for every day.
Read the current information.
At MPK, review the ingredients, nutrition panel and available dietary filters for each current meal. A category label alone cannot confirm that a meal suits an allergy or a medical dietary need. Use current product information and contact MPK when a detail is unclear.
Plan the occasions, then choose the food.
Use the meal count in Tools to decide how many meal occasions you want to cover. It does not prescribe protein grams, portions or calories. Keep room for meals you make yourself and changes to your schedule.
