Orders placed at Meal Prep Kingz
Review MPK’s current return and refund policy for an order placed there. Use MPK support to report an order problem. Do not rely on earlier So Cal Fresh ordering terms for a new MPK transaction.
Earlier So Cal Fresh orders
Contact So Cal Fresh with the order number and a description of your question. Your earlier order must be reviewed using the terms and circumstances applicable to that order.
Where to get help
The Contact page separates current MPK order support from So Cal Fresh website and earlier-order questions. No refund outcome is promised by this information page.
